Northwest offers the following programs at the undergraduate level. These programs are designed to mentor and prepare current leaders for entry into our Master of Arts in Christian Studies Program.
Youth Leadership Training Program
The Youth Leadership Training Program (YLTP) is a unique partnership between the FEB Pacific Youth Network, Northwest Baptist Seminary, and local FEB Pacific churches, enabling us to fulfill the goal of ongoing leadership development.
Cross-cultural Leadership Training Program

Church-Based Training Program
Church-Based Training is an initiative of Fellowship Pacific and Northwest Baptist Seminary in which we will own the responsibility for the development of the next generation of pastoral leaders for our movement. Embracing an innovative “mastery-model” learning approach, we are delivering a Master of Arts degree entirely within the context of some of our best local churches, under the direction of teams of seasoned mentors.
Executive Certificate in Children’s Ministries
The ECCM exists to strengthen and empower those serving in Children’s Ministry by providing the training, tools and resources for Children’s Pastors to succeed in their ministry of the gospel to children.
Korean Language Pastoral Leadership MACS
Within the Master of Arts in Christian Studies (MACS) framework Northwest offers a Pastoral Formation and Leadership Studies program in the Korean Language
