Immerse - Church-Based Pastoral Leadership Training
within Fellowship Pacific
Church-Based Training is an initiative of Fellowship Pacific and Northwest Baptist Seminary in which we will own the responsibility for the development of the next generation of pastoral leaders for our movement. Embracing an innovative “mastery-model” learning approach, we are delivering Master of Arts and Master of Divinity degrees entirely within the context of our local churches, under the direction of teams of seasoned mentors.
