We believe that having effective leaders is paramount to the continued sustainability of any organization, and for that reason, we are committed to cultivating and empowering strong leaders.
Fellowship Pacific is partnering with Northwest Baptist Seminary to jointly host these fund raising banquets. Last year, we introduced the Immerse Program, a leadership development program that integrates high-quality, faith-based education with robust hands-on learning in the context of ministry. At our annual convention (Impact 2014) in April, we heard amazing stories from across our region of leaders in churches encouraging their congregations to go beyond the walls of their buildings to develop meaningful relationships in their communities. Churches are running food programs, providing musical entertainment at community events, organizing neighbourhood clean-up projects, and being inclusive of the marginalized to help them feel accepted and encouraged. These are just a few examples of what is happening in our churches when visionary leaders work together in our communities. We as a Fellowship are committed to providing the necessary resources to our churches to continue to inspire this kind of community involvement. For the above reasons, it is important for us to raise funds beyond our normal sources of income, to ensure that we can continue to develop strong leaders and provide excellent services to our churches, so that together, we can more effectively respond to God’s Great Commission.
If you would like to attend either of these events, you must pre-register by e-mailing Collette Bullock at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Official invitations will be mailed and guests will be asked to present them at the door.
