In a three hour workshop we provide a concise overview of three major aspects of New Testament Greek: the noun system, the verb system, and clauses. The goal is to enable individuals who have taken some Greek previously to “refresh” their familiarity with these materials as they prepare for course work in Greek in the Fall semester or generally desire to upgrade their Greek understanding and usage.
Presenter: Dr. Larry Perkins
Place: Fosmark 130/131
Price: $25 (includes resources and a snack). Payment can be made to Dr. Perkins on the first day of class or to Dianne at the Northwest office.
Purpose: Complete a quick overview of the basic components of Greek as you prepare for more advanced Greek studies in the Fall Semester. Consolidate the Greek skills you have learned in the summer; refresh your Greek competence developed several years ago. Re-engage your use of Greek for ministry.
People who should consider this Greek Refresher Workshop:
- students who have just completed the summer Greek sequence.
- students who have taken Greek previously but desire help to prepare for advanced Greek in the Fall Semester.
- students who have completed the Guided Distance Education Course in Introductory Greek.
