
Lyle Schrag, D.Min.
Associate Professor of Church Leadership
Drawing on extensive pastoral experience, Dr. Schrag teaches courses in pastoral and congregational leadership. In addition to teaching, he provides coaching services and student care with both Northwest Baptist Seminary and ACTS student body. He is also responsible for the various coaching and consultation services related to Church Leadership and Board Governance, especially related to the Best Practices for Church Boards workshops. After having served as a Senior Pastor for 24 years, Dr. Schrag continues to provide pulpit and transitional pastoral services. He holds degrees from Wheaton College, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Wheaton College Graduate School, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
